Announcing Vik Olliver as a keynote speaker
We are pleased to announce 3D printing pioneer Vik Olliver as a keynote speaker at Everything Open 2027, in Brisbane.
About Vik Olliver
Vik is a core developer of the original RepRap Project team, who developed the first replicating 3D printer in 2005 and released it as Open Source. He has been involved with 3D printing in one way or another since 1994, watching 3D printer technology spread around the world—and off-world!
He has worked for organisations such as Amstrad, Sinclair, The Artemis Project, Catalyst IT, and MIT’s Fab Lab. He is currently “retired” in New Zealand, helping out at the local Makerspace and inventing in his workshop.
